If you do a lot of shopping online (as I do), you may find it convenient to use PayPal as a quick payment method. (Our online store offers PayPal as a payment option, too.) Today’s tip is a reminder to update your PayPal profile, particularly your shipping address.
When you use PayPal or PayPal Express to checkout, some websites will default to the shipping address in your PayPal profile. So if you moved and forgot to update the address in your PayPal account, your order will ship to your old address. Taking a moment to confirm that the shipping address in your PayPal account is current can prevent lost or delayed orders.
Of course, if you prefer to have orders shipped to your work address or to a friend, just make sure to confirm this alternate address when ordering. Knowing where your order is going is the best way to ensure that it arrives on time!
