The Favor Stylist is offered to you subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, without modification. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
If you are ordering items in a rush for an event, please review our rush orders and shipping information below and choose the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in a timely fashion. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but we can’t guarantee rushed delivery by a particular date unless you contact us about availability and request Express shipping. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for products which don’t arrive in time if you choose the standard shipping method (Priority mail).
Our shopping cart is set up to calculate shipping in the US and Canada. We use the US Postal Service Priority mail and Priority Express mail services.
- Priority mail begins at $7.05 and has an estimated ship time of 2 to 3 days. Orders over $75 receive FREE Priority shipping, calculated automatically at checkout.
- Express mail is $24.00 and up and guaranteed overnight to most locations.
- Both shipping methods calculate rates based on package weight and destination.
- Please note that ship times do not include our time to create your items. Most orders are filled and shipped within three days.
- We provide a tracking number and ship date by email when your order ships.
Priority Mail is handled the same way that your regular mail is delivered. Please understand that we can’t tell from your address what type of home you have and where or whether your package will be left outside if there’s no one home to accept it. We also can’t know if your package is likely to be taken by someone else if it is left outside by the postal service.
We request delivery confirmation service from the Postal Service on every package we send, so we receive notice that they have scanned your package at delivery. We don’t use the signature confirmation or insurance services unless they are requested, simply because the majority of customers want the lowest shipping charges possible, and want their packages delivered when they are not home to accept them.
If your package is likely to be taken if it is left out at delivery—or if you want to make sure your package is delivered directly to you—please consider shipping to a work or alternate address, or contact us to request signature confirmation and/or insurance. If you choose not to purchase insurance or request signature confirmation, we will consider delivery confirmation as evidence that you have received your package. We will not offer replacement or refund on packages which are recorded as delivered.
Prices for shipping are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method you choose, as well as the weight of the items in your package.
Product Availability: When will my order ship?
Most of our products are made to order. Please allow at least three days for us to create your products before they are shipped. We will contact you after you place your order to provide an estimated ship time.
With shipping time included, most orders will require at least a week to arrive. Please let us know if you are purchasing for a special occasion or event; we can often accommodate a rushed schedule (see next topic for details).
If you are in a hurry, please contact us (207) 729-6840. We can tell you right away if we can fill your order. We will require payment in full before beginning work on your rush order. A rush fee may apply; we do not offer discounts on rush orders.
Please note that if you are planning for an event that is less than a week away, it is likely to require shipping by Express mail (USPS). Priority shipping does not provide a guaranteed delivery date; the ship times are estimated times, not guaranteed.
The only way we can guarantee delivery by a particular day is to use Express or overnight shipping. This is now a shipping option that you may choose when checking out. See our shipping information above for more details, and talk with us for an estimated delivery date for your order.
Please note that if you choose Priority shipping, we will not refund orders that arrive too late for your event.
We are currently shipping orders within the U.S. and Canada only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Packages shipped to Canada may require payment of additional duties and taxes beyond the shipping cost calculated by our shopping cart. Please refer to the Canada Border Services Agency for information about these fees and how they are calculated. We aren’t able to estimate or collect these fees before shipment, and we will not refund orders returned to us by recipients unwilling to pay these fees to claim their packages, so please be aware of the additional fees before ordering.
It is illegal for us to misrepresent the value of package contents, or to mark purchases as “gifts,” in order to avoid correct calculation of these fees.
It’s not enough to just be “satisfied” with your order; you should be thrilled! When you’re ordering something personalized, it’s important to get all of the details just perfect. That’s why we always email a draft of your designs and we won’t put anything together until we have your approval. If you have any questions about the finished size of the favors, colors, packaging options, etc., please don’t hesitate to ask! You should get exactly what you want, and no unwelcome surprises!
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason—or if we made an error when packing your order—please contact us immediately. For personal safety, we cannot accept returns of bath and body products or other products with personalization, but please give us a chance to correct any errors!
And please contact us as soon as possible if you receive any items which appear to have been damaged in shipping.

All of our products are created with the utmost care from food and/or cosmetic grade ingredients and bases. We provide information about our product ingredients so customers can decide for themselves if the products are appropriate for their use. Please consult our ingredients listing for further details.
Several of our products contain preservatives to extend the shelf life as well as to protect the health of our customers. Other products (noted throughout the site) contain citrus essential oils which can cause skin photosensitivity in some individuals and should not be used before tanning or extended exposure to sunlight. Our products containing jojoba spheres, as well as some of our lip balms (see more details of lip balm ingredients on our flavors page), contain artificial colorings. Some people are sensitive to these substances. We use them in minute quantities, but as with any product, use your own judgment when purchasing and using.If you have sensitive skin, please consider testing products on a small area of skin first, and discontinue use of any product if you notice irritation or rash.
If you have allergies, please read the ingredient information carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Those of you who are allergic to nuts, for example, should not use our products which contain nut oils.
Our peppermint products contain peppermint essential oil, which is not recommended for use in the first four months of pregnancy. Some advise pregnant women to avoid its use for the entire pregnancy. Please keep this in mind when purchasing peppermint products for yourself, friends or family.
Mineral bath salts are commonly added to a warm or hot bath. Warm and hot soaks are not recommended for use by individuals with diabetes except on the advice of a physician.
Products are not intended for internal use, so please keep out of reach of small children.
