As probably everyone knows by now, Tim Russert, the host of Meet the Press and the NBC News Washington Bureau Chief, passed away last Friday. At his memorial service, Mario Cuomo said the following about him:

“He regarded a day greeted without real enthusiasm as a sadly lost opportunity.”
